We've got good stock on the SPA639 right now—usually ships within about 5 to 7 working days once an order is confirmed, and teh lead time for OEM customiaztion (color change or logo) adds maybe 10 days or so, but confirm before placing bulk orders because we batch those to keep the price down.

The vacuum presure hits about 90 Kpa which is plenty for exfoliation, but the 350 VA power output means it's not going to struggle through a full day of back-to-back sessions, and most buyers go with water dermabrasion handpiece for the first month to keep things simple before adding the diamond scrubber or the triple RF handle (included in the 8).
MOQ is 10 units for any OEM work like color changes or custom packaing—and we do offer that on the dark blue and white shell which is ABS plastic, so it's not going to dent easily during shipping, and the package size is about 63x47x62 cm with net weight around 20 kg (gross is 35 kg, thanks to packing materials) so factor that into freight costs.
We've seen a lot of clinics pair this with hydrafacial machines because it's actually cheaper per treatment and gives similar results for blackheads and general skin brightening, but the microcurrent handles—those BIO probes—are more about lifting and toning than exfoliation, so if that's your focus, you might lean heavier on the spray gun for serums.

The 10-unit MOQ applies specifically to OEM orders with your branding. For standard units without customization, we can usually accommodate a smaller initial order — just reach out and we can discuss options.
Lead time for OEM orders is typically 20-25 working days after deposit and design approval. Yes, we provide full tracking once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

You can choose any custom color for the machine, and we also offer custom logo printing on the device and packaging. Just send us your Pantone code or design file.
The 1-year warranty covers the host machine only. Handpieces are consumables, but we do offer replacement parts at cost and can provide a warranty extension for an additional fee.
