We’re looking at 99%+ copper with a tin surfce treatment that actually holds up under high-corrosion environments, and teh nylon sheath—red, blue, black, or yellow—gives you 94-V2 flame resistance without adding bulk.
The U-shape interface is basically a single-hole HDR type, which works fine for most wiring blocks but isn’t suited for high-current applicaion above 50A or so where a thicker-walled ring terminal would be better.
Most buyers go with the 10-pack carton for maintenance kits, though we also see orders for 500 units when someone’s redoing an entire elevator control cabinet.
Cold pressing gives you a denser grain structure than stamped terminals (check lead time if you need more than 1,000 pieces).
We typically require a MOQ of 1,000 pieces per size and color, but we can negotiate lower quantities for first-time orders or sample requests.

For standard carton orders (usually 1,000–10,000 pieces), lead time is about 7–10 business days. Larger bulk orders may take 2–3 weeks.
Currently, we only stock red, blue, black, and yellow for the nylon sheath. Custom colors would require a minimum run of 10,000 pieces and longer lead time.
