It'll run on either 110V or 220V 50/60Hz, pulls about 1800 watts, and the applicator heads come in 6mm, 15mm, 25mm, and 39mm sizes — the 39mm is what most buyers go with for abdominal work, but the smaller ones are actually better for under the chin or around the arms.
The 8-inch touch screen is color and reasonably responsive for what it costs, but let's be honest — you're not buying this for the interface, you're buying it because of that it's got CE and ISO certs and weighs roughly 45kg so it stays put on the floor even with all four handles going at once.
What you get when ordering is the main unit, all four cryo handles, teh RF and cavitation and shock wave applicators, a set of the standerd-sized gel pads (usually enough for 50 treatments or so), and a user manual — the COA for the cooling system comes with it, but we usually have stock on the consumables side anyway so confirm lead time if you need extra pads right away.
Not a machine for heavy-duty cellulite reduction on its own, by the way — the shock wave helps some with that but it's really built for consistent fat reduction and skin tightening sessions, and the tripolar RF does better at collagen stimulation than the older bipolar setups, so your clients will notice a difference after about three sessions or so.
Yes, the CTL82 automatically accepts both 110V and 220V power supplies at 50/60Hz, so it works fine on standard US or EU outlets. Just make sure your circuit can handle the 1800W draw.
