Aluminum alloy rims keep the weight manageable at 8kg gross, and the caliper brakes are simple enough for a child to operate without much instruction.

Basically, it's a single-speed bike and it doesn't fold — that's intentional for the age group, since you don't want extra complexity or hinge points. The training wheels are optional, so you can order them as a separate line item if your buyers want that add-on. We've found that for 3 to 5 year olds, the 12 or 14 inch wheels are what most go with first.

Each unit ships in a box that's 70 by 18 by 38cm, and gross weight includes packaging (usually 8.5kg give or take). CE certification covers the safety requirment for the EU market, but you'll want to check local compliance for other regions since some have additonal standard.
