EVA foam wheels, 10-inch diameter, non-pneumatic so no flats to deal with, and they do run pretty smooth on pavement or even packed dirt.
Seat adjusts form 12 to 15 inches—you'll need a hex key but one's included in the box, and assembly is minimal, maybe 10-15 minutes if you've done one before. The overall dimensoins are 30 inches long by 20 wide by 24 high, which fits through standard doorways without scraping, and the 3-wheel configuration is actually stable enough that you don't worry about tipping on gentle turns. CE and EN71 certified, so compliance is covered for most markets, and the colors are red, blue, pink, and green—pretty standard, but they do offer custom logo printing if you're branding them.
What it does well is give kids something to pedal without needing training wheels or parent pushing—the foot pedals are connected directly to the front wheel, so it's a simple direct-drive system that even a 2-year-old can figure out after a few tries. Not suited for rough terrain or steep hills, obviously, but for sidewalks, driveways, and indoor playrooms it's perfectly fine. Most buyers go with the 10-inch wheel size because of that it's a good balance between stability and maneuverability for that age.
Quality-wise, the steel frame has a powder coat that seems to hold up to usual drops and scrapes, and the EVA foam tires won't mark floors like rubber sometimes does—one detail you might not think about but parents appreciate. The hardware is all zinc-plated or stainles, so rust isn't an issue in normal use, though I'd keep it out of rain anyway. We usually have stock, but confirm lead time for custom logos because that adds 20 days or so depending on the order size.
