So you're building a Kawasaki H2 and want the carbon panels that actually fit without gaps, right? Most buyers we deal with are either pro builders who've done a dozen of these or serious weekend tinkerers who know exactly what weave they want before calling.

These are autoclave cured, not the cheap vacuum-bag stuff, which means the resin-to-fiber ratio is tighter and the panels come out about 40% lighter than OEM—actually noticeable when you pick them up next to the stock part, we use high-grade carbon fabric with epoxy resin, and the molds are precision alumnum or fiberglass, so the dimensional accuracy is better than most aftermarket stuff you'll see.

You pick from twill, plain, forged carbon, or honeycomb weaves—most guys go with twill for the classic look, but teh forged carbon is gaining traction for custom builds. Suface finishes are glossy, matte, or satin with a UV-resistant clear coat; satin hides fingerprints best if that matters to you. MOQ is just 1 piece, but bulk pricing kicks in around 10 units or so.

Lead time is usually 20 days or so for a single set (check current schedule), and we pack each panel in individual foam protection with carton boxing—no damage in transit so far. What you actually get when ordering is the panel, a COA form our ISO9001:2015 compliance, and basically the assurance it'll bolt onto a 2021+ H2 without filing. Not suited for track-only builds that see extreme heat cycles, honestly—it's a street custom part, not a race componnet.

Anyway, one thing buyers don't think to ask: weave alignment on the forged carbon is random, so two panels from the same batch can look different—some guys love that, others want matching. Better to specify upfront if you need a matched set.
