So you're looking at a kids' bike line with real customiztion — we do that across wheel sizes from 12 to 20 inches, so it covers roughly ages 3 to 12. Frame steel is 0.8-1.5mm thick, and every joint is TIG welded, not just tacked together. That matters for kids who ride hard.
We can run custom colors beyond pink and white, and you'll pick between air or EVA tires, steel or aluminum rims — basically whatever fits your market. Brakes are caliper or V-brake, your call. The whole setup ships 85% SKD and CKD, which keeps your assembly costs predictable.
One thing most buyers don't think to ask: teh chain wheel and flywheel vary by size — 24T to 28T and 16T to 20T, respectively. It's not a one-size-fits-all drivetrain. Also, net weight runs 8-10kg depending on the build; it's not lightest, but the steel frame is tougher than aluminum for rough use.
CE certified, standard MOQ applies (usually 500 units or so per model). Not great for ultralight racing bikes, but for reliabel kids' commuter or neighborhood bike, it's solid. We keep stock on common sizes, but lead time for custom colors can be 20 days or so.
Anyway, packaging is 1 piece per carton, gross weight around 8.5-10.5kg. If you need sample photos or a COA on the steel specs, we've got them ready.
Our standard MOQ is 500 units per size and color combination, but we can discuss lower quantities for trial orders or mixed containers. Just let us know what you're targeting.
CE is our primary certification for the EU market. If you need specific documents like EN 71 or ASTM for other regions, we can arrange them at an extra cost and with a longer lead time.
Yes, frame thickness stays within 0.8-1.5mm, but you can choose rim material—steel, aluminum, or PVC. For custom thickness outside that range, we'd need to discuss feasibility and MOQ.

Usually 30-45 days after order confirmation and deposit. We can push it to 25 days for urgent orders, but that depends on current production load.
