The rotor is manufactured using precision die-casting technology, ensuring consistent quality and smooth operation. For frame sizes up to 250, we employ closed bearings, while larger frames utilize open-type bearings that allow for regreasing during operation.
These motors operate reliably within power supply variations of ±5% voltage and ±2% frequency. We offer numerous customization options including IP56 protection class, space heaters, heat protectors, vibration detectors, and specialized mounting configurations. Additional features like low vibration operation, PT100 bearing thermometers (for H180+ frames), and custom paint finishes are available upon request.
