The YKK Series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor is an advanced industrial-grade motor designed for demanding applications. This motor series features a robust box-type construction with a steel plate welded base, ensuring durability and stability in various operating conditions.
With power ranging from 160KW to 10000KW and voltage options from 1140V to 11000V, these motors are suitable for driving compressors, water pumps, cracking machines, and other industrial equipment. The motor's design incorporates F/H insulation class materials and advanced vacuum pressing impregnation (VPI) technology for reliable insulation performance.
The YKK Series motors offer multiple protection grades including IP54 and IP55, making them suitable for various environmental conditions. The rotor cage is manufactured using advanced casting aluminum technology, while the bearing arrangement (ball or roller bearing) is determined by output power and speed requirements.
These motors are certified with ISO9001, CCC, and CE standards, ensuring quality and safety compliance. The basic arrangement features horizontal foot mounting (IMB3) with continuous duty (S1) operation capability.
Special designs are available for specific applications including increased safety types for explosive gas environments. The motors operate efficiently at altitudes not exceeding 1000m and ambient temperatures ranging from -15°C to +40°C.
