Manufacturing processes include stamping of lamination, rotor die-casting, winding and inserting (both manual and semi-automatic), vacuum varnishing, machining of components such as shafts and housings, rotor balancing, and painting with both wet paint and powder coating options. Each motor undergoes rigorous testing at every stage of production, including a final 100% test before packing to guarantee quality and performance.
