The enclosure protection ranges from IP23 to IP56, with options for pipeline ventilation (IP44) or climate protection (IPW24). Cooling methods include IC01, IC611, and IC81W, catering to diverse operational environments.
The motor's construction features a welded steel frame for durability and lightweight design. The stator winding utilizes F-class insulation and anti-corona materials, treated with vacuum pressure impregnation for enhanced performance. The rotor design ensures reliable operation, with options for cast aluminum or copper bar configurations.
Available in horizontal mounting (IMB3), the motor includes rolling or sliding bearings, depending on power and speed requirements. The main outlet box is sealed (IP54) and can be installed on either side, with flexible inlet hole orientations.
For applications requiring frequent starts or high inertia loads, customized designs are available to ensure reliable operation. The motor is tested for performance, including no-load and full-load conditions, vibration, and noise levels.
