We've been through quite a few batches of these folding mats now, and what we do is run every single incoming production run through a four-point inspection before anything hits the warhouse — density test, surfce adhesion check, velcro pull strength at 20 pounds, and a fold-cycle test to 500 repetitions, and only then does it get a COA.
The core's 1.8 lb/ft³ EPE foam is pretty much the sweet spot for martial arts and gymnastics work, though it's not really suited for hard landings from a full-height drop or heavy weightlifting — we usually tell buyers if you're doing drills under 300 pounds you'll be fine, but for anything beyond that the 1.8 density just won't hold up long-term.
Each mat comes with CE certifcation on the label, but that's batch-specific and not blanket, so we retest every new production lot roughly every 60 days or so, and we'll share the current test report before shippng; one thing people don't think to ask is that the non-slip vinyl surface actually performs best on hardwood or low-pile carpet — on thick rubber gym flooring the velcro connections sometimes don't grip as tightly as you'd want (usually a quick wipe-down sorts it).
10 feet by 5 feet by 2 inches gives you 50 square feet of training area, and the fold creates a 5' x 2.5' x 4" block that fits in a standdard gym bag or car trunk, but honestly the 2-inch thickness is the biggest selling point — thinner mats (1 inch or so) tend to compress to about 1.2 inches under body weight, while this one holds at roughly 1.8 inches after 200 uses.
Also, our company offer custom color runs on orders of 50 units or more, but lead time jumps to about 20 days instead of the usual 7 to 10, and those custom batches still go through the same retest policy — no shortcuts on the density check or velcro adhesion just because of that it's a different color vinyl.
We've had a few buyers ask for an extended warranty beyond the standard one year, but basically what we tell them is the 1-year against manufacturing defects covers the foam compression issue (if it caves within 12 months we replace it), and we usually have stock year-round, but confirm lead time ahead of any big competition orders.
We can do as few as 50 units for custom colors, but stock colors usually ship with no MOQ.

Absolutely. The velcro side strips let you link mats side by side, and they hold firm during drills—tested up to 300 lbs per mat.
Just fold it up—it's designed to fold flat. Keep it in a dry area, and wipe it down with mild soap if it gets dusty. No special storage needed.
