We ship these with the WP26 torch, earth clamp, and a Europe plug in a single box, roughly 7.8kg net so one person can handle the carton. 375mm long by 160mm wide and 310mm tall is about the size of a medium toolbox. Pulse frequency goes from 0.5Hz all the way up to 250Hz, and you can set the duty cycle anywhere from 10% to 90% — basically for dialing in weld bead appearance on thin or thick material without swapping machines. CE, RoHS, EMC certs are in place, but you’ll still want to check your local voltage tolerance since it needs 220-240V at ±15%.

Input draw is 7.2kVA, which sounds high but the IGBT inverter keeps efficiency decent, and it’s air cooled with an F-class insulation rating. Duty cycle is 30% at 250A in TIG mode, so you’re not running full tilt for more than about three minutes continuous before stopping — fine for stitch welding or fabrication work, less ideal for long. The MMA side tops out at 160A, which is pretty much what you’d expect for a 3.2mm electrode on mild steel, though some buyers go for the optional electrode holder (3m) if they do heavy stick work.

Arc starting is high-frequency, so no scratch start contamination on non-ferrous metals. We’ve had a few customers complain that the IP21S rating doesn’t handle rain on site, and they’re right — it’s a shop machine really, not a field unit. One detail people miss: the pulse duty cycle adjustment actually lets you control how much of the pulse time teh arc is hot, which matters more for thin-gauge welding than most realize.
7.2kVA at full draw means a 16A breaker on a dedicated circuit is usually enough, but don’t run an extension cord longer than 10 meters or you’ll get votage drop issues. The protective earth continuity is solid, but we’ve seen some units come through with the earth clamp lead a little short at 2 meters — fine for bench work, annoying if your workpiece is on a cart across shop.

Also, the pulse range from 0.5Hz to 250Hz is wider than typical competitor units in this price bracket, but the actual usability above 200Hz is debatable for most TIG welders — you’ll get better control around 2-5Hz for stainlss or aluminum anyway.
Our MOQ is 50 units, but we can negotiate smaller trial orders for first-time buyers.
Yes, we can provide CE, RoHS, and EMC certificates upon request—just let your sales rep know.
Standard lead time is 25-30 days after order confirmation, depending on stock levels.
It ships with a Europe plug and WP26 TIG torch. The MMA electrode holder is optional and sold separately.
Keep it in a dry, ventilated area below 40°C. We pack each unit in a reinforced carton with foam inserts for protection during shipping.
