Specs are solid across the board: the LED sensor lamp adjusts automatically, which we've found reduces shadowing in those tricky posterior quadrants, and the 9-memory LCD touch screen lets each operator save their own positions without me having to recalibrate every time someone switches chairs.
What they send with the order is a built-in floor box, a 3-way syringe with hot and cold water (most cheaper units only offer room temp), and a rotatable spittoon that actually comes off for easy cleaning—not just a tilt-and-pretend-it's-clean design like we've had before.
Cert-wise we've got ISO, CE, and FDA, and what I like is they actually test each unit before shiping rather than just sending batch samples; we usually have stock in Foshan, but confirm lead time (usually 2-4 weeks depending on volume) because sometimes the woodcase transport crates take a bit longer to assemble for larger orders.
One thing though—this isn't ideal for pediatric clinics where you need more frequent low-position adjustment; chair goes low enough for most adults but for really small kids you'll still want that buddy seat or a booster.
