CE Certified Balanced Pressure Welding Torch with Single Flame for Industrial Applications

Was looking at the usual Western-brand torches for the 0.5mm to 3mm range, but the pricing on those is just too high for what we're actually doing here — basic metal workpiece joining, nothing exotic.

The CE cert on this 2W1191 model covers all teh bases we need for compliance, and the balanced pressrue design with a single flame means it handles acetylene and oxygen without the constant backflash fiddling you get with injector types, which is basically the main reason most of our guys prefer it over the cheaper venturi-style torches.

Very short lead time; we usually have stock, but confirm lead time. It's a Chinese-style torch in a plastic box — not fancy, but it works.

It's better than the generic no-name options for one simple reason: the documentation is actually clean and the CE mark is real (I've seen enough borderline counterfeit docs to tell the difference). So OEM customiztion is there if you want to rebrand, but for straight shop use, the standerd model is pretty much good to go.

One thing that caught me off guard — the 2W1191 uses LPG, natural gas, propane, and hydrogen alongside acetylene, so it's more than most single-flame torches in this price bracket, though hydrogen requires you to double-check the valve fitting; we had one batch where the threads were a hair tight. 40 units or so typically ships in 15 days.
