195mm long overall, brass construction througout — that's a bit heavier than alloy torches, but it dissipates heat better and lasts longer under constant use, usually around 2-3 years before teh valve starts to feel loose (our company have some users reporting 4 years or so with lighter use).
White box packaing is the default unless you specifically request color box for retail, which adds about $0.30 per unit and extends lead time by 5 days — most buyers here go with white box since it's for in-house use anyway.
