Your buyer’s lab would reconstitute this lyophilized retatrutide with sterile water or buffer, then aliquot it for individual dose-response assays or long-term stability trials — it handles well at room temperture for short periods, but we always recommend storing at -20°C once mixed.
We run every batch through HPLC and mass spec before release, and purity hits ≥99% typically, with COAs listing molecular weight and retention time by batch number — that certificte is included with every box of 10 vials, but you can request additonal QC data for an extra fee.
The ISO-certified facility means each lyophilization cycle is logged and temperature-mapped, so you’re getting consistent cake appearance and reconstitution time across vials, not just within the same lot — we’ve had buyers check three different batch numbers side by side and found less than 1% variation in peptide content.
If you’re buying for a CRO or academic group that validates incoming materials, we do have a retest policy: we’ll replace any vial that fails your in-house purity check within 30 days of receipt (just send us failed COA), though it’s rarely invoked — maybe once every 200 orders or so.
Basically, this isn’t suited for formulation into a finished injectable product; it’s strictly research-grade, and the freeze-dried form gives you flexibility to reconstitute at 5mg or 10mg per mL depending on your protocol, but the 5mL vial format is easier to handle if you’re doing serial dilutions.
We custom package bulk orders — 50 instead of 10, or you can get them in a single large vial if you prefer, but lead time usually adds 2-3 weeks for non-standard configurations.
