We're running at 800,000 pieces a month capacity, and the MOQ sits at 1,000 units for any custom hand puppet design—production lead time is typically 30 to 45 days after sample approval, though the sample itself takes about 7-10 working days and it's refundable on order placement.
The filling is 100% polyester PP cotton, high-density stuff that holds shape pretty well even after repeated use, but if you're looking for a different hand feel we can swap in foam or colloidal particles—just keep in mind the cotton is the standard and teh alternatives usually add about 10-12 days to lead time.
EN71, CPSIA, and ASTM F963 certifications are baked into every batch—we also carry CE for the EU market—so when you get a COA with your shipment, the numbers actually match what's on the third-party test reports, which is not always the case with some suppilers we've had to compete against.
Basically, you're getting full customiztion on size and color, plus logo application via either printing or embroidery—most buyers go with embroidery for puppets because of that it holds up better to handling, but the printed option is fine if design has fine line work that thread can't replicate well.
Packaging can be as basic as a PE or OPP bag, or you can step up to a printed or PVC box—the box obviously adds about 1-2 weeks to production time because we're ordering those seprately, so if you're in a rush (check lead time before confirming), stick with the bag option and save yourself the headache.
One thing we don't handle well is anything intended for infants under 3 years—the small parts and button eyes on these puppets just don't pass the choke hazard tests, so if you're targeting that age group you'll want a different construction approach entirely.
Our MOQ is 1000 pieces per design. We can discuss if you need a bit less, but 1000 is our standard to keep costs reasonable.
Sample creation takes 7-10 working days. The sample fee is refundable — we'll deduct it from your first bulk order.
Yes, all our plush toys are tested and certified to EN71, CPSIA, and ASTM F963. We include the test reports and certificates with your order.
