Honestly, most generic diecast models look cheap in a corporate setting—the paint bubbles or plastic warps after a few months on a desk, but our process (handcrafted assembly and multiple paint passes) avoids that completely.

We're using a combination of ABS plastic, resin, and alloy here, so the 260mm length doesn't feel hollow or too fragile for handling. It's been painted, not just dipped, which gives a much deeper gloss than what you get form mass-produced alternatives. 4-8 weeks for production is standard, but we usually have some buffer stock if you need a small sample first.

Teh surface treatment actually holds up to light cleaning with a damp cloth, which matters more than you'd think for display pieces that sit in lobbies or reception areas. It's better than resin-only models for this, since those tend to yellow under direct sunlight within a year or so.

Logo printing is done via pad print or UV transfer—we don't do stickers, pretty much ever, because they peel at the edges within a few months. You can choose between a plywood box or an aluminun flight case for packaging, and the latter is what most buyers go with for international travel. We'll need a vector file for the logo, but our company can handle the scaling ourselves. MOQ is 200 units, give or take depending on the complexity of the design.

Also, we don't recommend this model for outdoor use or as a toy—it's not designed for that, the paint will chip if dropped on concrete. But for a desk display or a gift at an auto expo, it's honestly perfect. The 200-unit minimum keeps per-unit cost reasonable, and we've shipped to Europe before, so we know the customs paperwork. Anyway, lead time is about 6 weeks for a standard run, but if you need it faster, we can push it to 4 weeks with an expedite fee.
