We've got a custmer running a 40-subject metabolic study who started with the 10mg 10-vial packs for their initial dose titrations, knowing they'd need about 50mg total per subject over 6 weeks—basically $120 per subject if you buy sample-tier pricing at $12 per vial, but if you go mid-volume at 10 packs it drops to about $9 per vial, which is where the cost-effectiveness really kicks in, and our bulk is quoted per 100-vial case.
