Q1’s in green with a 5.0Ah battery, so you’re looking at around 350 straps per charge form that 90-minute charge time, tensile force adjustable from 400 to 3200N, and it weighs 3.7kg plus the battery—teh V2 orange model runs a 4.0Ah battery, roughly 250-350 straps, but steps up the low-end pull to 900N. Both friction weld the seal, which is better than metal clips for most box sealing lines, and strap thickness range is 0.4 to 1.2mm, give or take.
You’ll probably run these mostly on PP strapping for pallet loads, though PET works fine if you need the extra break strength—but one thing is the V2 handles thicker straps better at the low tension end, so don’t expect the Q1 to pull below 400N smoothly on 1.0mm matrial. Also, battery life drops a bit in cold warehouses (usually 20-30% less); we've had buyers stick with Q1 for high-volume jobs because that extra 90Wh matters over a full shift.
1-year both models, ISO and CE certs are there, and ordering typically takes 20 days or so—confirm lead time if you need them quick.
The Q1 has a bigger battery (5.0Ah vs 4.0Ah) and gives you up to 350 straps per charge, while the V2 does 250-350. The Q1 also has a wider tensile force range starting at 400N, compared to the V2's 900N minimum, so the Q1 is better for lighter strapping jobs.
Both models charge in about 90 minutes. The battery is removable, so you can keep a spare charged and swap it out without downtime.
