Finding supliers who can actually deliver a consistent batch of interactive dog toys without quality drift is a headache — one lot squeaks perfectly, the next arrives with squeakers that fail after two days, and then you're juggling returns.
We've got the ISO and CCC certs to back up the claim that built-in squeaker is tested for reliability, and what it means for you is that the polyester plush doesn't degrade mid-run either. 500 pieces per design is the MOQ, which is pretty standard for custom work.
They come in 15cm up to 27cm, so coverage from small breeds to larger dogs, and the colors are vibrant enough for retail display. Custom logo printing and packaing design are available, but confirm lead time if you need something unusual — the standdard is hangtag or your own box, usually.
Sample time runs 7 to 12 working days, and once you approve, bulk production takes 35 to 50 days — this is not a rush-order product for quick restocks. Payment terms we can discuss per order, but typically it's T/T or L/C at sight, with COA provided per batch.
One thing buyers don't always think to ask: the squeaker volume isn't adjustable, so if your customers expect a loud sound for hunting breeds or a lower tone for sensitive dogs, just note it's a single type. Not suited for heavy chewers or aggressive play; this is throw-and-fetch plush, not a destroyer.
The squeaker is built-in as standard, but we can adjust its placement during production for custom orders. For changes to the sound itself, we'd need to discuss that with our engineers—it depends on volume and design complexity.
We're ISO and CCC certified, so the materials and production process meet quality and safety standards. We can provide copies of these certs with your order.
The MOQ of 500 pieces applies per design—so you can mix sizes and colors within that design to hit the minimum. If you want two different characters, that's two separate 500-piece orders.
Custom packaging and logo printing don't add extra time beyond our standard 35-50 days for bulk production. Sample time stays at 7-12 working days, including your custom elements.
They ship with standard hangtags by default, or we can do custom packaging like poly bags or display boxes. For bulk orders, we pack them in cartons to keep shipping costs down.
