We've been running into a problem with inconsistent GLP-1 receptor activation across our metabolic study batches, and basically the purity variation was making dose-response data unreliable — switching to this lyophilized peptide cleaned up our baseline variability pretty much overnight.
It's 99% pure by HPLC, which is tighter than most cosmetics grade we've used before, and the molecular weight comes in at 4813 g/mol (CAS 2023788-19-2) — we usually have stock on teh 5mg and 10mg vials, but the 15mg or 30mg options are availble if your protocol calls for higher per-vial dosing.
And you'll want to keep it at 0-4°C for short term, -20°C for longer storage, shelf life is over two years if you do that right — one thing that caught me: the lyophilized cake is more fragile than you'd think, so handle the vial gently when reconstituting.
For weight management studies specifically this hits the sweet spot, but honestly it's not suited for anything beyond research — we don't have solubility data baked into the COA, so you'll need to determine that base on your own buffer system (usually a quick test with PBS or water).
MOQ is one box of 10 vials, so 50mg total if you go with the 5mg vials, and lead time is about 20 days or so — confirm stock before ordering if you're in a rush, because occasionally the 30mg vials run behind.
