Wholesale Ozone Production Unit for Food Preservation and Bacterial Elimination in Various Settings

We've been shippng the N206 for about three years now, and most buyers go with the 300mg/H output for food prep areas. It's 710 grams and 170 by 65 by 230 millimeters, so it sits on a counter without being intrusive. The timer gives you 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 minutes — you'll pretty much only use the shorter settings for small spaces.

Basically, it works by corona discharge, which is the standard for this size unit, and it runs on AC110V or 220V at 18 watts. You don't want this for large walk-in coolers, though — the output is really for smaller rooms or cabinets where you're cycling air through. The ozone kills bacteria on surfaces and helps preserve fresh produce, but it's not going to handle heavy mold remediation in a basement.

What it does is generate ozone that breaks down odors and pathogens, and we've had customers use it in kitchens, hotel rooms, and even dental offices for oral hygiene appliction. The 300mg/H rate is typically enough for spaces up to about 30 square meters or so, depending on how sealed the area is. We usually have stock in blue, green, or silver, but confirm lead time on less common colors.

One thing you'll notice when you handle it — the air stone that comes with it is actually decent quailty, not teh cheap porous ones that clog after a week. Accessories include an air pipe, wall mount bracket, manual, and warranty card. The CE and RoHS certs are standdard for this, but we also have ISO documentation available if your compliance team needs it.

There's a catch with the timer — it's semi-automatic, meaning you set it and it shuts off, but you can't program a cycle to repeat. For most users that's fine, because they're running it during a lunch break or between shifts anyway. The 5L drum would be easier to handle than the 10L for water treatment, but that's a different model entirely.
