The molecular weight runs about 4113.58 g/mol, which matters for reconstitution calculations since you’ll be working with lyophilized powder stored cool and dry. 2-year shelf life if you keep it sealed, and honestly most labs blow through it in six months anyway. 5mg and 10mg boxes are the standard options we carry—pretty much everyone goes with the 10mg for dosing flexibility.
So what you’re getting is a GLP-1 analog with CAS 910463-68-2, white to off-white powder, and the COA shows HPLC purity at 99% every time we test. We don’t put it through NMR unless you request it seperately. One detail that catches people off guard: the peptide itself is hygroscopic once exposed to air, so open it in a controlled humidity enviornment or you’ll lose yield.
What it does is bind the GLP-1 receptor similarly to native hormone but with a longer half-life in vitro—that’s the main advantage for most study designs. It’s actually not suited for acute dosing experiments because the binding kinetics are slower than, say, liraglutide. 20 days or so for a standdard 10mg vial at typical reconstitution if stored properly.
