The FMC Chiksan style swivel joint packing kit is designed for high-pressure hydraulic applications, providing reliable sealing performance in demanding environments. These composite seals combine rubber rings with resin components to create an optimal sealing solution for hydraulic swivel joints.
Our packing kits include all necessary components for complete joint repair: SJP seals, ball plugs, rubber wiper seals, metal balls and O-rings. The seals feature a dual-material construction with rubber for flexibility and resin for wear resistance, ensuring long service life even under continuous rotation.
Available in multiple material options including standard Buna/NBR for general applications and premium HNBR/FKM for sour gas service or high-temperature environments. Each seal incorporates anti-extrusion technology with brass or stainless steel backup rings to prevent seal failure under extreme pressure.
The complete repair kits are designed for easy installation and include all components needed for a full rebuild of 2", 3" and 4" swivel joints. Our seals meet the exact specifications of original equipment manufacturers while offering improved performance characteristics.
