What we've found with this shoulder-type trimmer is it's actually built to handle consistent heavy use without bogging down, thanks to that 1.25kw two-stroke engine—whether you go with the 43cc or 52cc version depends on your typical workload.
Every unit gets a full 30-minute run test before it leaves teh factory, not just a quick idle check. We're checking the 8500rpm engine speed and 3000rpm idling speed, making sure the 9-tooth transmission shaft engages smoothly without any vibration issues. And we do a second pass on the cutter mounting for straight metal blade—it's a small thing but it matters.
Batch consistency is good here because we keep the same fuel mix ratio recommendations across, 1:25 or 1:40 gasoline to two-stroke oil. The CE and EMC certifications are current, and we include a COA with each shipment. You'll typically get a TDS on request, though lead time for that is about 3 business days.
If something doesn't test right on arrival, our company have a straightforward retest policy—just send us a photo or video of the issue with the serial number visible. We usually have stock on both the 26mm and 28mm pipe diameter versions, but the 52cc model is more popular for areas over 5000m². Custom color options take an extra 10 days or so, anyway.
The main difference is the displacement: CG430 is 43cc, CG520 is 52cc. Both deliver 1.25kw power, but the CG520 usually offers a bit more torque for tougher grass or thicker brush.
