One thing nobody asks about but matters is the actual charging time — that 12V battery takes about 8 to 10 hours to charge fully, and the 24V version actually charges quicker, usually 6 to 8 hours, though we've occasionally seen an hour or two variance depending on your outlet (check the manual for that one). Not suited for really rough terrain or steep hills because the plastic wheels won't grip well on loose surfaces, basically a driveway or park path machine.
