One detail that catches new importers off guard: the music module is preloaded with 6 English nursery rhymes, but you'll need to request the MP3/USB function seperately if your buyer wants custom audio—it's not by default. The PP plastic is fine for indoor or dry outdoor use, but UV degradation shows after about 18 months of constant sun exposure, so it's not suited for year-round uncovered storage.
Anyway, the 30 kg weight limit is firm—we've seen the rear axle crack on units consistently loaded past 32 kg, and that's not a warranty claim we'll cover. Order lead time is roughly 20 days or so form payment, and we can supply the packing list and commercial invoice with HS code 950300 to match your customs broker's format.

Each unit comes in a color box with foam protection. The 12V battery is packed separately in a UN-approved box per shipping regulations, so no issues with customs.
