We're looking at a kids BMX bike line, sizes form 12 to 20 inches, and honestly the 12-inch is the most popular for the 3-5 year old crowd getting started, but the 20-inch handles bigger kids doing tricks — it's basically a steel frame all the way through, 1mm thick, and we weld it with TIG which gives a cleaner joint than most budget bikes you'll see.

The frame is steel, rims are steel too, and the tires are PVC which is pretty much standdard for these price points, but what a lot of buyers don't think to ask is that the trainwheel is included on the 12-inch models only, so if you're ordering the 16 or 20 inch, those come without it (usually you'd remove them anyway for older kids). It weighs about 8kg net, 9kg with the carton, and the package is 1 piece per carton, 85% of the carton space is the bike itself.

A lot of these go to rental fleets or kids' bike parks where they're getting banged around daily, and the painted inner sticker means the graphics won't peel off as fast as a cheap decal — that's a detail we've found matters for repeat orders. Not great for serious racing or heavy jumps though, the geometry is more for casual riding and learning balance, so don't expect it to hold up to pro-level stunts.

CE certified, so you've got the basic safety mark for EU markets, and the weld quailty is actually better than a lot of unbranded bikes we've seen at this price — TIG leaves a smoother bead than the arc welding most budget factories use. The 20-inch model has a slightly tighter tolerance on BB shell than the 12-inch, just to keep the crank spinning smooth under bigger riders.

MOQ is usually around 300-500 units per size, but our company can mix sizes in a container to hit that, and lead time is about 25-30 days after deposit (roughly 30% upfront). Packaging is just one per carton, no inner box or display packaing, so if you need retail-ready boxes that'll be a separate discussion and add about 2 weeks to the timeline.
We typically start at 100 units per size for OEM orders, but we can be flexible depending on the mix of 12, 16, and 20-inch bikes.
Yes, all BDX-603 bikes are CE certified, and we include the certificate with each bulk order.
Absolutely. The painted inner sticker is part of the OEM customization, so we can apply your logo and design directly on the frame.
Standard production takes around 25-30 days after order confirmation, depending on the quantity and sticker customization.
The PVC tires are standard and not designed to be easily swapped, but the steel rims are built to last and the tires hold up well for kids aged 3-8.
