What we’ve done is build this one with a 0.9mm steel frame and TIG welding — it basically handles teh rough-and-tumble of kids aged 3 to 12 without cracking or bending, and steel rim paired with a caliper or V-brake gives relaible stopping power for that age group.
Wheel sizes run 12", 16", and 20" depending on the height range you’re targeting, net weight sits around 8-10kg give or take, and standard colors are red, pink, and green — we usually have stock on those, but OEM customization is available if you need something specific.
CE cerification is in place, and the manufacturing defects, though it’s not suited for heavy off-road use or aggressive riding; most buyers go with the 16" for the 5-8 year range since it fits the sweet spot.
Lead time is roughly 25-30 days for a standerd order of 200 units or so (check current production schedule), and each bike ships in its own export carton — we’ve found the 20" models need a slightly bigger box, so factor that into freight costs.
We typically require 500 units per size for OEM orders with custom colors or logos. For standard colors (Red, Pink, Green) on stock models, the MOQ is lower—just 100 units per size.
Lead time for a standard OEM order runs about 25-30 days after sample approval. For smaller orders of stock colors, we can ship within 15-20 days.
Yes, every shipment comes with a CE certificate. We can also supply a material test report for the steel frame and rims if your buyer requests it—just let us know.
The 12-inch model weighs around 8kg and fits kids aged 3-5, while the 20-inch bike is about 10kg and suits ages 8-12. The frame geometry scales up too, so the 20-inch has a longer top tube and taller standover height.
Yes, the caliper brakes have an adjustment screw to reduce lever reach for younger riders. We can also replace them with coaster brakes on the 12-inch and 16-inch models, but this adds about $2 per unit and may increase lead time by a week.
