Basically, you send us a sketch or a reference, and we'll make a sample in 7 to 10 working days, which is pretty fast for something that's got your exact colors and fabric specs.
The MOQ sits at 500 pieces per design for custom work, but if you're just grabbing existing teddy bear shapes, that number can drop depending on run.
Every plush goes through ASTM F963-17 and EN71 testing, so you're not guessing on safety—it's all certified before it leaves the floor.
Bulk orders usually take 30 to 40 days after sample approval, give or take a week depending on packaing complexity, and we do OPP bags or color boxes as standerd.
One thing we've noticed is that the 41-60cm size sells better for, but the mini 10-15cm ones are actually easier to handle for claw machines.
