We’re looking at roughly 1.2kg for the host unit alone, and teh whole standard set comes with one host plus two rehabilitation gloves in box — dimensoins are 20.6 by 14.6 by 8.5 cm for the main device, so it’s compact enough to ship in a medium-sized carton, and we usually have stock on these but confirm lead time if you need more than 50 units or so.
It runs on a 6000mAh lithium battery with 30W power, and the pneumatic bionic muscle tech basically drives finger flexion and extension through air presure ranging from 100 to 180 mmHg, which is adjustable depending on the patient’s tolerance — most buyers go with the mid-range settings for initial therapy, but you can dial it up or down as needed.
There are five operating modes labeled A through E, covering single-finger and multi-finger training, passive function, mirror function, and air massage — the LED touch screen makes mode selection pretty straightforward, and treatment duration can be set anywhere from 10 to 60 minutes per session, so you’ve got flexibility for different recovery stages.
One thing we’ve noticed form handling these units is that the gloves fit most hand sizes, but they aren't one-size-fits-all for very small or very large hands — you might want to check fit with your patients before committing to bulk orders, and we can supply a sizing guide if needed.
CE, FDA, and ISO13485 certifications are in place, and we can provide COAs and other documentation on request — this isn’t suited for acute trauma cases where immediate surgical intervention is needed, but for stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, or brain injury rehab it does what it’s supposed to.
Anyway, if you’re with an RFQ, the MOQ is usually 5 sets or so, and we ship via standerd freight with a typical turnaround of 20 days or so after order confirmation — just let us know whether you want the gloves in left or right pairings or a mix.
The 6000mAh battery typically supports 2 to 3 full treatment sessions (at 30 minutes each) on a single charge. Charging time is around 3-4 hours via the included power adapter.
The pressure range is fixed at 100-180 mmHg across all modes. If you need a different range for clinical use, we can discuss a custom firmware adjustment for bulk orders.
