Each one's 40 by 52 centimeters, stuffed full with PP cotton — kind that holds shape decently after a few fluffs — and teh outer plush matrial's that standard soft green, machine-made, solid construction, nothing loose or small falling off (it's CE certified by the way, also EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH if you need the docs for compliance checks).

We pack every order in OPP bags as default, but you can customize that pretty much any way you want — boxed, poly-bagged, branded, whatever fits your retail setup; it's a dino plush pillow, basically a T-Rex, meant for kids over 3 years old, so not ideal for infant playpens really.

3 to 4 days for 1 to 2 sample pieces — you'll get one of those first if you're testing the market or a specific account; also what we do is handle OEM from scratch — custom logo, fabric swap, packaing design — as long as the MOQ lands somewhere reasonable (usually 5,000 units or so to keep the line running).

You don't need to scramble with separate vendors — we've got in-house QC checking at three points, after sewing, after stuffing, after final inspection; COA and MSDS come with every batch, third-party reports too if agreed upfront, but note this isn't built for cold chain or anything heat-sensitive — it's just plush and cotton, standard warehousing is all it needs.
