The PP cotton and plastic pellets are sourced from a single suplier we've worked with for about three years, so the fill density stays pretty consistent from one run to teh next, and we test for lead and phthalates per EN71 and ASTM F963 standard, which matters if you're shipping into regulated markets.

4, we offer a retest policy on the first production run if you're an OEM client — basically, if batch fails our in-house HPLC or tensile test, we redo the lot at no cost, but you cover the shippng for the retest samples.
