That 25×15×10cm spec you mentioned works perfectly within our standard size range, and we can adjust anywhere from 11cm up to 30cm depending on your design — just send over the artwork and we'll handle the pattern making from there.
We use short plush fabric with premium PP cotton filling, so the dolls have a soft, consistent feel that holds up well to repeated hugging and washing, and every batch undergoes spot checks before packing to catch any loose seams or uneven stuffing.
Lead time runs about 3 to 4 weeks from approval of the sample, and for your first 50-piece minimum we’ll include standard OPP bag packaing at no extra charge — but if you want a custom print on those bags, just flag it in your order notes and we’ll quote it seperately.
Every doll carries our REACH, CE, EN71, ASTM, and CPSIA certifications right in hang tag, which buyers I talk to usually appreciate because it avoids any last-minute compliance headaches during customs clearance or retail audits.
Prices work out best around the 300- to 500-piece quantity band, but even at 50 pieces the unit cost stays reasonable — and honestly, most people end up doubling their order within a couple months once they see the quality, so the reorder lead time drops to about 2 weeks.
