Payment terms are typically 50% upfront with the balance on shipment, and we ship via cold chain with dry ice—lead time is usually 15-20 days after payment clears, but confirm with us because customs can add a few days, especially if you’re outside major hubs.
Also, we don’t offer OEM labeling on this product line, so if you need custom vial labels or box branding, that’s a separate negotiation and generally requires a larger volume commitment than the standard 10-vial box.
