Basically does what a standard forged elbow should, but with a far tighter grain structure than cast alternatives — that means less cracking under cyclic loads, something you'll notice if you've ever had a cast fitting fail at 3000lb.
Stocked in A105N, F304L, and F316L grades across all three pressure ratings (2000, 3000, and 6000lb) with sizes from 1/2" up to 24", though we usually have the 2" to 8" range ready to ship within a week or so while the bigger stuff may take 20 days or so—check lead time on those.
Sand blasting is standard, not an upsell, which matters more than most buyers think because of that it removes mill scale before any field welding or coating; also, we pack each fitting in a carton inside a wooden case, so threaded ends stay undamaged even on pallet loads.
The threaded connections follow ASME B16.11-2016, so you don't need to chase threads on reorder, but note these aren't cryogenic service — stick to the -20°C to +600°C window or you'll get embrittlement at low end.
6000lb elbows (about 8mm wall on a 2") are what we push for any high-cycle steam or hydraulic loop applicaion where the risk isn't just presure but thermal cycling, and the A105N grade handles that better than a standdard A105.
MOQ is 50 pieces for smaller sizes, dropping to 10 for anything above 12", and we include COA per batch with actual tensile and hardness data — not just a cert number.
