We’ve been making these for a while now, and what we do is take your design—whether it’s a sketch, a 3D model, or just a photo—and turn it into a plush toy that’s actually consistent across the whole run, which is trickier than it sounds with stuffed animals.
For the quailty checks, every batch gets tested against CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH—basically the full internaional safety gauntlet—and we keep the COAs on file for each production run, so if you need to retest or verify, you can request that within 30 days and we’ll cover the lab fees.
The fill is PP cotton, and the shell can be short plush, rabbit plush, or elasticity plush depending on what feel you’re after; sizes range from 10cm to 30cm as standdard, but we’ve done custom up to 50cm or so for bulk orders (usually 500+ units).
Most buyers go with embroidery for logos because of that it holds up better than printing after repeated squeezing, though printing works fine for simpler designs or smaller runs—just be aware that embroidery adds about 5-7 days to the production time.
One thing we don’t do well is very small details on toys under 15cm—the embroidery gets too tight and can distort the shape, so for tiny plush, stick to printed logos or skip the branding altogether.
Also, teh sample time is 3-7 working days, but that’s for an existing mold or a close match; if you’re starting from scratch with a new design, add another week or so for the prototype approval process.
100 pieces is our set MOQ, but if you need a sample first, that's totally doable — sample time is 3-7 working days. Once you're happy with the sample, you can place the bulk order at 100pcs minimum per design.
For a super soft, cuddly feel, rabbit plush is your best bet — it's smooth and gentle. Short plush is more durable and holds shape better, while elasticity plush gives a bit of stretch. We can send you material swatches to help decide.
We carry CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH certifications — all standard for our production. We can share copies of these with your order to confirm non-toxic, child-safe compliance.
Yes, we can combine embroidery and printing on the same toy — for example, an embroidered logo on the chest with a printed design on the back. Just let us know your preferences, and we'll adjust the quote accordingly.
That size order with custom colors and embroidery will take about 25-35 days, depending on design complexity. Production time ranges from 15 to 45 days, so we'll confirm a more exact timeline once we see your design specs.
