We've been making these for over twenty years now, and basically every batch starts from scratch because every design is custom, so the short plush, rabbit plush, or elasticity plush fabrics we use depend entirely on what you want the final look and feel to be, and it's filled with PP cotton for that soft but supportive squish.
Sizes run form 10cm up to 30cm, give or take, and you can pick any color you like, but teh MOQ is usually 100 pieces—though that's negotiable if you're running a small test run, and we'll get a sample to you in about 3 to 7 working days, which is pretty quick for handmade items.
Most buyers go with embroidery for their logo because of that it holds up better on the plush surface than printing does, but either option works depending on your budget and how detailed the design is, and one thing we've noticed is that people don't always ask about the OPP bag packaing, but it's standard at 1pc per bag for retail-ready presentation.
These aren't really suited for heavy industiral use or outdoor environments where they'd get soaked, but for promotional gifts or home decorations or collectors who want something soft to display, they're a solid choice, and the safety testing—ASTM and EN71 compliance—means you don't have to worry about loose parts or bad dyes.
Production lead time runs about 15 to 45 days depending on the complexity of the design and how many units you need, but we usually have stock for standard custom shapes, so confirm lead time when you're ready, and the factory holds BSCI and ISO9001 certification for what that's worth.
The 100pcs MOQ is our standard, but it's negotiable for first-time buyers or small test runs. Just let us know your target quantity, and we'll see what we can do.
That 3-7 working days is just for making the sample. After it's ready, we'll ship it out—usually by express courier—so add a few more days depending on your location.
Yes, we can share the ASTM and EN71 test reports with you upon request. Our factory is BSCI & ISO9001 certified, so all materials and production are fully compliant.
We match Pantone codes as closely as possible using our fabric dyeing process, but keep in mind there can be a slight variation between digital colors and actual plush fabric. We'll send you a color swatch for approval before production.
You can choose either embroidery or screen printing for your logo. Embroidery works best on larger areas like the chest or back, while printing is good for detailed designs. Both options are durable and wash-safe.
