We went with the Q2 because of that it's one of the few pens that actually lets us set our own cartridge configurations—9-pin, 14-pin, or 25-pin depending on what we're running—and the adjustable depth form 0 to 1.5mm gives us enough range for most protocols without having to swap heads constantly.

It's got three functions in one handpiece: MTS for the needling, EMS microcurrent at 0.5-0.7 Hz with three intensity levels, and red or blue LED light therapy, which basically means our company can stack treatments in a single pass rather than switching devices every few minutes.

The built-in battery is 700 mAh, which usually lasts through a full day of sessions if we're not running the LED at max teh whole time—real-world runtime is about 2-3 hours give or take, and the digital display shows the remaining charge so you're not caught mid-treatment.

One thing that's actually useful is the inductive base: when you set pen down it pauses, and when you pick it back up it resumes at the same speed level, so you don't have to re-dial your settings every time you grab a new cartridge or apply serum.

Sourcing is straightforward since the MOQ is just 1 unit, but we usually order in batches of 20 or so to keep shipping reasonable—the box dimensoins are 19.5x14.6x6.7 cm, and it come with US/EU/UK/AU/KR adapters, so no need to specify region unless you're doing OEM branding.

It's not waterproff, which is a limitation if you're planning to use it with wet serums or in a steamy treatment room—we've had to wipe down the handpiece carefully after each session, and the ABS plastic housing does show wear faster than metal-bodied units.
