The sample itself takes about 5-7 days to produce, and once you're happy with it, about 25-35 days depending on the complexity of your design and quantity.
You can choose form super soft plush, spandex, or crystal fur for teh outer matrial, and we use premium PP cotton filling that actually holds its shape after washing — better than standerd polyfill for keeping that specific stuffed animal form you designed.
There's no minimum order quantity technically, but honestly the recommended 100 pieces is where the per-unit cost starts making sense, especially with custom packaging and labeling involved.
Safety's covered under EN71 and ASTM F963 standard, which basically means it's, but we usually have stock on common materials while exotic colors or furs might add a week or so to the sample lead time.
There's no minimum order, so 50 pieces is totally fine. 100pcs is just our sweet spot for keeping per-unit costs low, but we'll handle any quantity you need.
