We're talking a 100-piece MOQ at roughly 0.5 kg per set, with delivrey in 7 to 10 working days usually; the fabric is cotton or cloth, and you'll get a CPC/CE cert with each order (check lead time if you need custom embroidery—that's about 2 weeks or so).
