We've been shiping these FO3002 units for about two years now, and most buyers go with the large leg cuffs right out of the gate — the 100×74cm set fits most people without being too loose. Presure runs from 20 up to 250 mmHg, which is adjustable in roughly 10 mmHg increments, and the six modes (A through F) cycle through different sequences. It's basically a sequential compression system that starts at the foot and works upward, mimicking what a manual lymphatic drainage therapist would do but automated.
30 watts is what it pulls from the wall, and the pump itself is about size of a small shoebox at 24×20×11 cm. You'll get the pump, two leg cuffs, and a remote control in the box — arm cuffs and waist cuffs are separate line items. The LCD display shows both current pressure and remaining time, which is handy when you're running back-to-back sessions. Just don't use it on open wounds or acute deep vein thrombosis cases; that's one limitation worth knowing up front.
Cuff material is medical-grade TPU, not that thin vinyl that cracks after a few uses. Sizes go M (91×65cm), L, XL, and XXL (125×76cm) for legs, and arm cuffs come in M and L at 87×51cm and 90×60cm respectively. Waist cuffs are 120×37cm and 130×37cm — those are usually ordered by post-surgical patients rather than athletes. We usually have stock on M and L leg cuffs, but XXL can take 20 days or so depending on the batch.
Time settings run from 10 to 60 minutes, and we've found most people land around 30 minutes per session for muscle recovery. The 110V model is what ships from our US warhouse, but we can do 220V 50Hz units form the China facility with a slightly longer lead time (usually 2-4 weeks). CE, FDA, and ISO13485 certs are current — COA comes with each unit if you ask for it. An actual detail someone who's handled these would know: the pump has a slight rhythmic hum at higher pressures, nothing loud, but it's there.
MOQ is one unit for most buyers, though we do see clinics ordering in lots of 10 or 20. Arm cuffs are cheaper than leg cuffs, obviously, but they share the same hose connection so you can swap them on the fly. One thing a buyer might not think to ask: the remote control uses a single CR2032 battery that we don't include in the box — pick those up locally. Also, the pressure tolerance is tighter than most budget units at about ±5 mmHg, which matters for precise lymphatic work.
