our company can do custom sizes beyond the standard 12, 18, 24, and 36 inches if you need something specific for retail or a display—the lead time shifts to 15-25 days after sample confirmation. Teh brown is standdard but pretty much any custom color is doable with a 500-piece MOQ for those orders.
It’s filled with 100% PP cotton, which is hypoallergenic, and the surfce uses a realistic fur simulation that actually feels closer to real wool than most of the other plush animals we’ve handled. embroidered eyes are safety-sewn, so there’s no risk of them coming loose—a detail buyers with young kids usually appreciate without thinking to ask.
What it does isn’t for rough play or outdoor use—surface clean only, and we don’t recommend machine washing, since the fur texture can mat. Most buyers go with the 18-inch size for general retail, but the 36-inch one is better for larger displays or as a floor prop.
Meets EN71, ASTM F963, and CPSIA standard, so it’s compliant for US and European markets—CE and ISO 9001 certs are in place as well. The HS code is 95030021, and we can do custom packging like OPP bags or branded boxes, but the standard is one per OPP bag.
Stock samples are availble if you just need to check the feel, and custom samples take about 5-8 days. Production lead time is roughly 20 days or so, but we usually have stock for the brown 12-inch and 18-inch sizes—confirm lead time if you’re ordering over 1,000 units.
For any custom colors or sizes, the MOQ is 500 pieces. If you stick with the standard brown and our stock sizes (12", 18", 24", or 36"), we can sometimes do smaller runs—just reach out and we'll check.

They're safety embroidered eyes, so no plastic parts that could pop off. That makes them a lot safer for kids, and they pass the required safety standards.
Standard is 1 piece per OPP bag. If you need custom packaging like hang tags, boxes, or poly bags with your branding, we can do that—just let us know your specs.
