We're looking at roughly 500 pieces per design as MOQ, but that’s pretty standdard for custom runs with your own logo or size—usually our company have stock samples ready in 3-5 days if you want to check the plush fabric and PP cotton fill first.
Custom colors are doable beyond the five we keep in stock, and the lead time for a fully custom design runs about 7-10 days on the sample stage; the color match is usually tighter than with many other suppliers we've worked with.
Production capacity sits around 100,000 dozen a month, which should handle most retail season spikes, but we will need a confirmed order to lock the schedule in because we juggle multiple buyers at once.
An OPP bag per piece is the default, but if you need something different just flag it on teh RFQ—custom packaing takes about 20 days or so from design approval, and we don't push a minimum on that seperately.
Actually, one thing that catches buyers off guard is the sample cost isn't refundable unless you hit the production MOQ, so factor that in if you're testing multiple designs at once; bad for a bulk up-front check, fine if you're committed to the run.
Payment via T/T is the simplest for first-time orders, though our company can do L/C or Western Union if your finance team prefers it—and you'll get a COA with each batch to cover the child, just in case your retailer asks.
