The ≤0.2dB insertion loss on single-mode is what really jumped out at me—most adapters in this range are pushing 0.3dB or worse, and that difference adds up fast when you're chaining multiple connections in a FTTH build.
We've been fighting signal degradation at splice points for the last two quarters, and swapping to these basically cut our loss budget headroom issue in half. The ceramic ferrules and metal housing handle the -40°C to 85°C range without teh plastic expansion problems we saw with cheaper alternatives.
What it does is give us consistent return loss above 50dB PC/UPC, which matters more for the CATV runs than I initially thought. After 500 cycles addtional loss stays under 0.1dB—we usually see that kind of durability only on SC or LC connectors.

One thing I'd flag: these aren't great for high-density panels where you need LC or SC small-form-factor—MTRJ is bulkier, so plan your patch panel spacing accordingly. Also, confirm the flange option before ordering since the flangeless version is trickier to mount securely in outdoor enclosures.
