We had a lab switching from glass to disposables this quarter, needed something that wouldn't jam on Luer fittings but also wasn't overpriced like the name brands.
These run from 1ml up to 100ml in the same PP formulation, EO sterilized and non-pyrogenic as expected—you can pick Luer lock or slip depending on your line, and they'll do custom colors if you're ordering enough volume (20K+ units or so).
Actually works fine for gravity infusions and standdard injections, but don't push them on high-pressure contrast injectors because teh barrel wall isn't built for that—stick to manual or low-pressrue pump use and you're golden. Most buyers go with the 50ml for fluid transfers since it's a decent midpoint.
CE and ISO13485 are current, usually have stock on 5mls and 10mls, but the 60ml and 100ml sizes we confirm lead time.
You can mix both connector types in a single order. Just specify how many of each you need, and we'll handle it.
For custom colors, MOQ is typically 10,000 pieces per size. Blister packing doesn't add a minimum beyond that, but we recommend checking with us for exact numbers based on your spec.
Yes, we include copies of our CE, ISO13485, and FDA certifications with every shipment. Just let your contact know you need them, and we'll make sure they're in the package.
Both 50ml and 100ml sizes can be made with either Luer Lock or Luer Slip connectors. No issue there — just specify when you order.
For a 20,000-piece order with custom barrel printing, lead time is usually around 25-30 days from approval of the artwork. This can shift a bit depending on how busy we are, so we'll give you a firm date after you place the order.
