We don't usually recommend this for kids under 3 because of the embroidered eyes, but honestly most buyers go with it for toddlers anyway and it holds up fine — we've tested it plenty.
What it does is basically match that cute Highland cow aesthetic with real durability, the PP cotton filling keeps its shape even after a few washes which is usually the first thing to go in cheaper plush toys.
Standard size is 25cm but you can go up to 80cm if you want, though the bigger ones take about 20 days or so on lead time since we custom-cut the fabric patterns for those.
We've had buyers stick their logo on hoof or ear, it works better than you'd think for branding because the embroidery blends right in without looking tacky — and the fabric is machine washable without messing up teh stitch.
MOQ is typically 500 units for the standerd colors (brown, white, pink), but if you want a custom color we need about 500 more units per color to justify the dye lot, that's just how the fabric mills work.
Anyway, the CE and ASTM certs are on file and COA covers the stuffing flammability, which most buyers don't think to check but a few inspectors definately will.
