Stock samples can ship in 3-5 working days if we have the color on hand, but for a fully custom dog plush toy with your logo and specific Pantone, you're looking at 7-10 days for teh sample — custom sizes are pretty much wide open, just give us the dimensoins and we'll quote accordingly.
Production lead time runs about 15-25 days after sample sign-off, which is pretty standdard for a run of 500 pieces or so, but if you need a tighter window our company can sometimes shave a few days depending on our current order load (usually the 15-day side is realistic for simple color changes).
MOQ is 500pcs for custom designs, but we've done smaller runs for existing designs with a stock mold — that's when you'd pick from the five standard colors (gray, pink, yellow, purple, blue) without logo customization, basically just choose your quantty and we pack them.
The filling is PP cotton with a premium soft plush outer, and the safety side is covered by CE, EN71, and ASTM F963 — that's what you need for all ages, but if you're targeting infants under 12 months we'd recommend tighter stitching on the eyes and nose, so flag that early in the design review.
Packaging defaults to 1pc per OPP bag, but custom hang tags or branded poly bags bump the lead time by about 3-4 working days; the 95030021 HS code classifies it as a stuffed toy across most customs ports, so no weird delays there.
One thing most buyers forget to ask: the plush pile height on the fabric matters a lot for embroidery — longer pile buries fine logo detail, so if you're screen printing or embroidering a complex logo, we usually recommend a shorter pile plush, around 2-3mm or so.
